- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns and providing support.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR database management.
- Assist in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Develop and update company policies in line with legal and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1- 2years of relevant HR experience. OR FRESHERS
- Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
