Digital Happiness is looking for a proactive and organized
HR Executive
to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management, hiring, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end hiring process
including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain
employee records
, documentation, and HR databases.
Assist in
retention strategies
, employee engagement activities, and addressing employee concerns.
Oversee
salary process coordination
, attendance tracking, and monthly payroll support.
Handle
daily HR activities
such as leave management, performance tracking, and policy implementation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of HR-related queries.
Support in organizing training, workshops, and team events.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and hiring processes.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Any graduate (HR preferred but not mandatory).
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in HR.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
