Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
Conduct joining formalities, induction, and employee orientation
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain and update employee files, attendance, leave, and personal records
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws
Support audits and maintain HR documentation as per company standards
Payroll & Attendance Support
Assist in attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave management
Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee salary-related queries
Ensure timely submission of payroll data
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Support employee engagement activities, townhalls, festivals, and CSR initiatives
Address employee queries and provide first-level HR support
Assist in grievance handling and employee relations activities
Performance Management
Coordinate probation, confirmation, and performance appraisal processes
Track goal setting, PDPs, and performance documentation
Training & Development
Support training programs, onboarding training, and mandatory compliance trainings
Maintain training records and assist in learning initiatives
HR Systems & Reporting
Update HR systems (MyTalent, Fairplanner, WOT, etc. if applicable)
Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, and compliance
Desired Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
2-3 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll basics, and HR processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
