Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals
, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct
telephonic / video interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Share shortlisted profiles and follow up on hiring decisions
Issue offer letters and assist with joining formalities
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Familiarity with
job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
