Handle recruitment for operators, helpers, supervisors & staff.
Manage attendance, leave records, overtime & monthly payroll inputs.
Ensure statutory compliance - PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Labour Laws.
Maintain employee files, ID cards, joining & exit formalities.
Support training, safety programs, audits (BSCI/SEDEX/Environmental audits/ Buyer audits).
Address employee grievances & support welfare activities.
Prepare HR MIS reports & maintain HR documentation.
Skills Required
Good communication & documentation skills.
Knowledge of labour laws & compliance.
Experience in garment/textile industry preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel & HR systems.
Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
