Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in payroll coordination and employee welfare initiatives.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital standards.
Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
Support performance management and professional development programs.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
Drive employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) - preferred.
2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
