Job Description
Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment across the Gulf Countries.
Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed
Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements
Partnering with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights
Driving internal mobility through Internal Job Postings
Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process
Driving various strategic projects/programmes for organization-wide impact
