Position: Human Resources Executive



Experience

: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
Build strong pipelines through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Onboarding & Induction



Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
Ensure smooth documentation, joining formalities, and system setup in coordination with IT.

Employee Engagement & Retention



Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
Address employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
Support managers in maintaining a positive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance



Maintain employee records and manage HRMS data accurately.
Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll data.

Performance Management



Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual reviews and feedback sessions.

Policy Development



Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with company goals and local labour laws.

Key Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT or tech environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and HR best practices.
Familiarity with Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Salary:



Competitive, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
