Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure organizational adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and internal controls.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Maintain documentation related to compliance activities, inspections, and certifications.
Support risk management initiatives and ensure timely incident reporting and investigation.
2. Human Resources Operations
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Generate HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, compliance tracking, etc.).
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist with learning & development, trainings, and policy communication.
3. Policy Development & Governance
Draft, update, and enforce HR and compliance policies.
Ensure employees understand policies through training, awareness programs, and communication.
Support internal investigations related to misconduct, grievances, or policy violations.
4. Workplace Ethics & Culture
Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical behavior.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Ensure safe workplace practices and support occupational health and safety efforts.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Certifications in compliance, HR, or related areas (preferred):
CHRP, SHRM-CP, CCEP, ISO Compliance, etc.
Experience
2-5 years of professional experience in HR, Compliance, or related functions.
Experience with labor laws, audits, or risk management is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of employment laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
Proficiency with HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
Understanding of audit processes and documentation practices.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
