Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment documentation
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems
Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Performance & Employee Engagement
Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
Address employee grievances and assist in maintaining a positive work environment
Policy & Compliance
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
Support HR audits and maintain confidential HR documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years
of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.)
