HR Executive
who can build strong internal processes and create a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Write job postings and manage listings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
Source and screen candidates through resumes, calls, and interviews.
Coordinate with team heads for manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, maintain a candidate pipeline, and ensure smooth hiring.
Onboarding & Documentation
Draft HR documents: Offer letters, Appointment letters, Internship letters, Exit letters, Termination letters.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and training sessions.
Maintain employee records and contracts.
Employee Engagement & Office Culture
Plan team activities, events, and motivational sessions.
Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Conduct feedback sessions and monthly check-ins.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Maintain attendance, leave records, and biometrics.
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Performance Management
Support managers in setting KPIs for team members.
Track performance reviews and appraisals.
Highlight underperformance cases to management.
Compliance & HR Operations
Maintain HR policies and update as required.
Ensure labor law compliance (if applicable: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle disciplinary issues in alignment with company guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment portals, and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
