Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Professional who has strong work ethics and demonstrated working experience in the IT Industry.

Roles and responsibilities:



Maintaining records, attendance, and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Manage and assist in the end to end recruitment process. Liasioning with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Prepare appealing reference policy and conduct background checks of new employees. Handling the induction and orientation of new employees. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees. Ensuring that the employees are satisfied with their role in the organisation and the work environment. Handling performance management procedures, improvement plan, growth plan and appraisals. Conducting SWOT analysis of each employee and counselling them on the areas that need improvement. Understanding and preparing pay scales, salary registers and preparations of salary slips. Plan and organize events, activities for employee engagement. Manage employees' grievances, workplace safety issues and complaints. Counseling employees as and when required. Overseeing the employee's termination process. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.

Skills Required:



Minimum 2 years of experience as HR in the IT Industry. Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in human resources or its equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach. Ability to work in a critical environment. Exceptional active listening skills. Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills. Good conflict resolution abilities. Should possess a positive and approachable personality. Should be able to conduct healthy negotiations and find a middle-ground. Should have good knowledge of employment policies and legislation. Hands-on experience on MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Command over all statutory compliances like ESI, PF and its adherence. Experience in using an HRMS Tool/Software would be an added bonus.
