About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

HR professional

who can set up and manage recruitment teams for both

Domestic (India)

and

USA staffing operations

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

HR operations, recruitment coordination, team setup

, and

GST invoice management

.

You will play a key role in establishing internal HR and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, and building a high-performing team that aligns with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage recruitment teams for

Domestic and USA staffing operations

.
Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and recruitment strategies.
Coordinate with management to define hiring goals and team structures.
Handle HR operations including

employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance

.
Maintain records related to

GST invoices

, salary processing, and HR billing.
Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure smooth daily HR operations.
Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in HR or recruitment operations.
Strong understanding of

Domestic and USA staffing processes

.
Knowledge of

GST invoicing and HR compliance

.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, organize, and manage priorities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/recruitment tools.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
