Overview:

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can manage end-to-end hiring, handle multiple recruitment pipelines at once, and communicate with clarity, confidence, and care. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlisting Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Oversee onboarding and documentation Maintain HR records and ensure compliance Support employee engagement and HR operations as needed Represent the company with professionalism during candidate interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple hiring processes smoothly Familiarity with IT sector hiring (preferred) Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms Strong organizational and time-management abilities Problem-solving attitude and a people-focused mindset
