Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage recruitment or sales teams to support business growth.
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Manage
payroll, invoice processing, and HR documentation.
Oversee
daily HR operations
and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and meet staffing goals.
Maintain employee records and support performance management initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HR or Recruitment Operations (preferably in a
staffing agency
).
Strong understanding of
invoicing, payroll, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
Ability to work independently and set up functional teams from scratch.
