An opportunity for a motivated HR Executive to join a dynamic consultancy firm. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle for both clients and internal hiring, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Manage hiring requirements for clients and the firm
Maintain and update employee and candidate databases
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates
Support HR operations and documentation
Achieve recruitment targets and earn performance-based incentives
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a consultancy company (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Salary Range:
?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (plus attractive incentives based on performance)
Office Timing:
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
