I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title
Executive - Human Resources
Reporting Supervisor
Manager - Human Resources
II. JOB PURPOSE
To effectively facilitate and manage the people dimension by implementation of appropriate HR policies and processes that are in alignment with business goals.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

  • To efficiently handle employee onboarding & files.
  • To keep self-abreast with the concepts and application of HR Management.
  • To provide support in all other HR interventions
  • To establish good rapport and interpersonal relations with employees.
  • To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
  • Execution of complete online employee onboarding (involves complete employee data management, managing accuracy of data being entered in online HR portal, generating employee code, providing Appointment letter.)
  • Managing Complete background verification process (including BGV vendor management)
  • To ensure, update & maintain timely and accurate employee database.
  • To ensure proper personal file management.
  • Providing reliving letters & experience letters to the employees
  • Maintaining credentialing and privileging for Clinicians, Nursing and Paramedical staff as required.
  • Maintain and timely update all the trackers to monitor various filing compliances (including Credentialing, privileging, indemnity, BGV, Contracts of Clinicians etc.)
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
  • Conformance to TATs & standards laid down under NABH guideline.
  • 100% accurate & timely generation of MIS & reports..
  • Disha HRMS updation without any error.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Post Graduate (preferably MBA in HR)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Self-Driven
  • Presentable
Technical Skills
  • Sound Computer knowledge.
  • Data Management and Excel preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience on excel.
  • Internal Software regarding Knowledge.
Language Skills
English & Hindi
