Human Resources Executive/Manager
to lead and execute our people strategies, strengthen our talent ecosystem, and contribute to a thriving organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Drive full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization
Screen and assess resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with department heads
Ensure strategic visibility of job openings various platforms
Employee Onboarding & Engagement
Design structured onboarding journeys to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization
Lead initiatives for employee engagement, team bonding, and workplace celebrations to foster a positive and collaborative environment
Collect feedback through regular check-ins and engagement surveys; implement actions based on insights
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and manage HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and other employee records
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and ensure alignment with internal policies and statutory compliance
Training & Development
Collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs across departments
Coordinate training programs, internships, and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on BIM, CAD, and soft skills
Track training effectiveness and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Performance Management
Facilitate periodic performance evaluations (quarterly/annual) and assist managers in goal setting and KPI tracking
Support feedback mechanisms and help embed a culture of recognition, accountability, and performance excellence
Strategic HR Initiatives
Partner with leadership to support organizational development, succession planning, and long-term workforce strategy
Develop and implement forward-thinking HR initiatives that improve retention, nurture leadership, and future-proof the organization
Actively contribute to building a resilient, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with business goals
What we're looking for:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.
2-5 years of experience in HR (experience in AEC/BIM domain is a plus)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with modern HR systems, tools, and best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
