Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
Assist in
attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues
Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Experience in hiring for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, Designers, etc.) is a plus
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1+ year of Human Resource experience
Prior experience working with a
digital marketing agency
is preferred
Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Immediate or short notice period preferred
