Recruit, Hire, train, and manage the employees. Develop and implement programs to improve employee performance and handle employee grievances, team management, payroll, documentation, strategic planning, and organizational human resources policies. He/ She will also be responsible for updating the HR policies and forecasting recruitment needs for the company. Job details: Position: HR Executive Education: MBA Experience: 1-5 years Location: Mohali, Chandigarh Package: 2.16 LPA to 3.80 LPA Full time, Hybrid Mode, 5 days working, Day shifts Skills required: Must be an open minded and curious to learn new things. Warm personality with strong English speaking skills Must have the experience to work in any startup or mid-sized startup. Must be a hard-worker and smart-worker. Good Entrepreneurship skills Excellent time management skills. Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time. Ability to work well under limited Supervision. Ability to analyze data and work efficiently Must have the experience in IT Recruitments, Payroll and MS Excel. Dedicated & Passionate towards work Must be stability and commit for long term association with the company. Must be a good problem solver. Must have good patience and flexible towards work. Must be a confident person. Roles & Responsibilities: Sourcing of candidates and screening of CVs. End to end Recruiting Negotiation of salary and offer generation. Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. Handle the Job portal and update the status of candidates. Maintaining of Data in MS Excel. Direct reporting to HR Manager and CEO. Identifying future hiring needs Professionally making of job descriptions. Make and release the Appointment letters and other documents to the employees. Manage the On-boarding and Off-boarding with company\'s policies and documentation. Execute new recruitment strategies and plans. Source the most suitable candidates to fill positions Manage the payroll in software. Provide ad-hoc support to the management as needed. Coordinating events as necessary. Prepare the reports according to written or verbal instructions from management. Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
