The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other related duties. They will work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures and programs that meet both the employees\' and the employer\'s needs in achieving business objectives. Qualifications Strong knowledge and practical experience of HR management, HR operations, Employee Relations and HR policies. Ability to conceptualize and make recommendations to management regarding good HR practices and motivate behavioral change. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Thorough knowledge of employment legislation, human resources practices, and procedures and solid HR knowledge. Experience using Human Resources Information System (HRIS), payroll and other HR tools. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; additional certification (e.g. SHRM) is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
