Join us in shaping the future of commerce, one transaction at a time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals and company values.Partner with leadership to support organizational development, change management, and team building.Drive initiatives around employee retention, career progression, and learning & development.Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.Use HR analytics to drive data-backed decision-making and workforce planning.Manage grievance redressal and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.QualificationsBachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR is preferred.5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership capacity.Proven experience in scaling HR functions in growing startups or mid-sized companies.Strong knowledge of HR laws, compensation structures, and talent management frameworks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, hrmthread, etc.).Nice to HaveExperience working with technology or fintech companies.Familiarity with hybrid work models and managing geographically dispersed teams.Exposure to organizational design, cultural transformation, or employer branding.App
