Role Overview

We are looking for a

Human Resource Development Manager

with a strong

entrepreneurial mindset

to build, develop, and scale talent across our growing ventures. This is

not a routine HR role

--you will work closely with leadership to shape culture, develop teams, and create systems that support fast-growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement

HR development strategies

aligned with business growth Build and strengthen

organizational culture

across multiple ventures Identify, attract, and develop

high-potential talent

Create and manage

training, leadership development, and performance frameworks

Support founders and managers in

team building and people decisions

Develop HR processes that are

practical, scalable, and business-driven

Act as a

people partner

, not a policy-only HR professional Drive employee engagement, ownership, and long-term retention

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields

3-8 years of experience in

HR Development / People Development / Talent Development

Experience in

startups, multi-business groups, or growth-stage companies

preferred Practical approach to HR--not just theory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹210,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
