Human Resource and Admin Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & follow-ups Coordinate with

department heads

for manpower planning Maintain

employee records, attendance, leave & joining documentation

Assist in

onboarding & induction

of new employees Support

performance tracking, HR policies & compliance

Act as a

bridge between management and employees

Manage

office administration & daily operations

Coordinate with

vendors, service providers & support staff

Maintain

office supplies, assets & records

Handle

travel coordination, meeting schedules & documentation

Support management with

reports, letters, notices & MIS
