Key Responsibilities HR & Hiring
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate interview calls with candidates.
Maintain candidate database and follow up on joining.
Support HR in onboarding and documentation.
Coordination / Office Executive
Coordinate with internal teams for daily tasks.
Handle calls, emails, and visitor management.
Maintain office records, attendance, and basic admin tasks.
Support the management in meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain HR files, employee records, and daily reports.
Prepare basic Excel sheets and follow up on pending tasks.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong coordination & follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and handle office operations.
Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (HR preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of relevant experience in HR/Coordination/Admin.
