Golden Freight Forwarding is seeking a skilled and proactive
HR Specialist
to lead and manage the company's
Performance Appraisal (PA) process
on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in shaping a structured, fair, and effective appraisal system that supports employee growth and aligns with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end performance review process and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain
Performance Appraisal Forms tailored to various roles and functions within the company.
Develop, document, and update
a comprehensive performance appraisal process, including timelines, workflows, and role responsibilities.
Partner with department heads and leadership to align appraisal criteria with
key performance indicators (KPIs)
and business objectives.
Lead the communication strategy
for the appraisal cycle, ensuring clear understanding among all employees and managers.
Facilitate training sessions
for managers and staff on the appraisal system, including expectations, process navigation, and evaluation standards.
Oversee the execution
of the appraisal process to ensure consistency, timeliness, and fairness across departments.
Analyze appraisal data and feedback
, generating actionable insights for employee development and organizational growth.
Prepare and present
regular reports and recommendations
to HR leadership and executive management to drive process enhancements.
Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in performance management and apply them to improve existing systems.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
HR Performance Management
or a similar HR function.
Demonstrated expertise in
developing and implementing PA forms and processes
from scratch.
Excellent
communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in
MS Office
,
Google Workspace (Forms/Sheets)
, and other HR tools/platforms.
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
