Assist in hiring workers and staff for the site.
Maintain attendance records and support payroll preparation.
Handle employee joining, documents, and ID cards.
Maintain HR files, labour records, and compliance documents.
Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower and daily HR tasks.
Support employee queries and basic admin work.
Arrange safety training and keep training records.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR/Management preferred.
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and labour laws.
Good communication and MS Excel skills.
Experience in construction industry is an advantage.
