Job Title: HR Coordinator - US IT Staffing and IT Services

Location: Hyderabad, Hi-Tech City (In-person, No Remote Option)

Work Hours: US Time Zones

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in hiring internal employees

. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for US-based employees and managers.

Provide HR guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.

Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Collaborate with HR team members on HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.

Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
