Job Description

HR Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manpower planning and coordination with department heads Posting job openings and screening resumes Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates Preparing offer letters and appointment letters Employee onboarding and induction process

2. Employee Records & Documentation



Maintaining employee files (personal, educational, statutory) Updating HR databases and employee master data Handling confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits

3. Attendance & Leave Management



Monitoring attendance, punch-in/out, and leave records Maintaining leave balances and approvals Coordinating with payroll for attendance inputs

4. Payroll Support & Compliance



Coordinating with accounts/payroll team Verifying salary inputs, deductions, and reimbursements Assisting with statutory compliances: PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity Bonus, Leave encashment

5. Employee Relations



Acting as a point of contact for employee queries Handling grievances and workplace issues Supporting disciplinary procedures and policy implementation

6. HR Policies & Compliance



Drafting and implementing HR policies Ensuring compliance with labour laws Supporting audits and inspections

Administration Roles & Responsibilities1. Office Administration



Managing office supplies and stationery Vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, pantry) Maintaining office assets and inventory

2. Facilities Management



Office maintenance and infrastructure coordination Managing repairs, AMC, and service providers Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the workplace

3. Travel & Logistics



Arranging employee travel and accommodation Managing transport and visitor coordination

4. Documentation & Communication



Drafting official letters, emails, circulars, and notices Maintaining inward-outward registers Handling courier and dispatch activities

5. Support to Management



Calendar coordination and meeting arrangements Preparing MIS reports Supporting audits, inspections, and compliance documentation

Key Skills Required



Multitasking and time management Strong communication (verbal & written) Knowledge of labour laws MS Excel, Word, HRMS handling Confidentiality and problem-solving
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
