We're Hiring: HR Executive (Female Preferred)

Location:

TSF Variety Mega Mall

Timing:

11:00 Noon to 8:00 PM

Salary:

?8,000 - ?15,000 + Medical + Incentives

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the

online affiliate marketing team

to help boost sales and performance. Manage their

order processing, incentive tracking

, scheduling of

meetings & trainings

. Prepare and maintain

HR reports

for both

store and online operations

. Create, implement, and maintain

HR policies

as per company standards. Prepare

monthly attendance reports

for payroll processing and salary calculations. Assist in day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement.

? What We're Looking For:

Minimum

1 year of HR experience

, preferably in retail or online operations. Good communication & coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel or any HR management tools. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
