Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team at Sturlite Eclectic Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in our Bangalore headquarters and requires a candidate with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. The role involves ensuring that our HR practices comply with statutory laws and regulations, fostering a compliant and harmonious work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to HR practices and processes.
  • Manage and maintain records related to ESI, PF, PT, and LWF, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Prepare and submit monthly statutory returns, liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders as needed.
  • Conduct periodic social compliance audits and suggest corrective actions for any identified irregularities.
  • Assess and update labor law compliance protocols within the organization regularly.
  • Coordinate HR audits to evaluate and improve HR policies and practices regarding legal obligations.
  • Facilitate employee and industrial relations, addressing any conflicts or grievances that arise.
  • Stay updated on latest changes in labor laws, providing guidance to HR and management teams.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in statutory compliances, licensing, and related local and national regulations (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in managing ESI, PF, PT, and LWF requirements efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in preparing and filing monthly statutory returns with attention to detail and compliance with deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure our practices align with current legal requirements.
  • Ability to conduct social compliance audits to identify, monitor, and mitigate potential risks or non-compliances.
  • Expertise in conducting HR audits to review and ensure adherence to all HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations and the ability to facilitate smooth communication and resolution between management and employees.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address and manage compliance-related issues effectively.
  • Candidates preferred from MSW / MBA.
  • Preferred Language: Kannada, English & Hindi.
