This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, Business Development, and managing performance evaluation programs. The employee will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment between people programs and business goals.

follow-up calls
Deliver
engaging product demos & presentations
Create
sales brochures & pitch decks
Provide
pre- & post-sale technical support
on software/networks
Fix
client issues
with help from tech team
Run
training sessions
on soft skills and compliance
Help design
digital campaigns
(LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads)
Join

Work with team to

You're A Great Fit If You Have
MBA (HR/Sales)
or similar
1-3 years in HR or Sales
Strong
communication & people skills
