Act as an HR Business Partner for manufacturing operations and plant leadership.
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and workforce optimization in line with business requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and ensure harmonious industrial relations.
Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws applicable to manufacturing units.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with business heads on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural alignment.
Manage HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for decision-making.
Support audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in manufacturing plant HR operations.
Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Hands-on experience in HR systems and MIS reporting.
