GOEEN, a leading electric vehicle manufacturing company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to lead our HR function. The selected candidate will oversee our HR Manager and HR Executives, manage HR alignment across departments like Sales, Operations, Production, and act as a key member of the management team.
We are ESIC, PF, and Mediclaim compliant with 30+ skilled labourers and a growing national dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
Lead HR initiatives across recruitment, performance, compliance & development
Ensure legal & statutory compliance including Labour Law, ESIC, PF
Supervise the HR team, including Manager & Executive roles
Contribute to organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning
Eligibility Criteria:
Male/Female, Age up to 35 years
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or sales-driven industries
Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid knowledge of labour laws, HR processes & best practices
Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
