Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Officer based in Indore, with some work from home flexibility. The HR Officer will manage HR policies, employee relations, HR management,, job description development, and other HR-related tasks. Daily responsibilities include administering HR programs, developing HR strategies, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process.

Qualifications

HR Management, Human Resources (HR) skills Knowledge and experience in HR Policies and Employee Relations Experience in Development Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
