Designation: HR Associate
Department: Human Resource
Location: Sion & GTB Nagar, Mumbai
Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Role Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation
Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, and leave data
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and HR communications
Assist in training and development initiatives
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in HR documentation
Use MS Office tools effectively for HR operations and reporting
Eligibility:
0-1 years of experience in HR
Education
: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
