Purpose of the Role:

To manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR processes and fostering a high- performance work culture.

Location:

Dadar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively manage and oversee daily HR operations. Support leadership in maintaining and developing a high-performance work culture to a team of approximately 35 employees. Serve as a trusted point of contact for staff concerns while maintaining professional boundaries and emotional composure. Foster a healthy work environment through empathetic listening, problem-solving, and timely HR interventions. Recruit candidates as per job descriptions and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage relationships with empaneled recruitment service providers. Conduct induction and onboarding of new employees. Ensure timely execution of performance reviews and appraisals. Implement employee training and development programs. Facilitate smooth exit management and coordinate with relevant departments. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation using an HRIS system. Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for payroll processing and labor law compliance. Develop and execute an annual calendar for employee engagement initiatives. Provide strategic HR insights by analyzing employee data and records. Manage administrative tasks related to HR functions as needed. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Educational Background:

Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing HR for an organization with 20+ employees.

Additional Information:



The role may require occasional travel based on organisational needs.
