What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Collaborate with leadership

to design and implement HR policies, recruitment drives, and employee engagement activities.

Engage with potential clients

on LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads and build strong business relationships.

Participate in the complete business lifecycle

-- from talent acquisition and client onboarding to negotiation and operations execution.

Assist in claim negotiations and business deals

, gaining exposure to real-world client handling.

Support day-to-day operations

by coordinating across teams and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Participate in reviews and mentorship sessions

to learn best practices in HR, business development, and client servicing.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges

, improving efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in

Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields

. MBA students or fresh graduates in

HR / Marketing / International Business / General Management

preferred. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Basic knowledge of

HR practices, business strategy, or client acquisition methods

. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn through mentorship. Ability to

multitask and manage both HR and business development responsibilities

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
