Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily HR operations, including HR policies, payroll and compliance with regulations.
2. Take primary responsibility of identifying, sourcing, and hiring talent across multiple functions in the initial phase.
3. Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and support organizational growth.
4. Work closely with the founder and leadership team on people related initiatives.
5. Gain strong exposure and learning opportunities across HR and business functions.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
2. Knowledge of HR compliance employment loss and use of job portals (linkedin, Naukri and other job portals)
3. Strong Communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and think creatively to solve problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
