Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee master data and personal files.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave in HRMS.
Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and statutory inputs.
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, certificates, and documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Employee Relations
Assist in handling employee grievances and maintaining cordial employee relations.
Support employee engagement activities, staff welfare programs, and events.
Ensure timely communication of HR policies and updates.
Statutory Compliance
Assist in compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.
Support audits and inspections by authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources or related field.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
