Delivers a welcoming and professional impression of the company to employees, candidates, visitors, etc. Performing data entry tasks in any Mouser's systems accurately and timely order. Being responsible for maintaining data integrity. Performing administrative activities related to onboarding process and HR operational activities. Relates well with diverse population and at all levels. Ensure updation of real time data entry in systems. Comply with data integrity and security policies. Assist in HR data analysis as required. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, employee engagement activities. Dependable; completes detailed work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner. Good interpersonal skills and customer oriented. Able to interact with people through professional manner. Works effectively and efficiently in a various system. Good organizational and time management skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Require Good Typing skills. Proficient in MS Office, experienced in HR system will be an advantage. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or in other disciplines is preferred.
