Role Overview
As a Human Resources Associate at Accelotics, you'll support the HR team by owning HR operations and ensuring seamless talent processes--all while upholding the company's commitment to innovation, quality, and disciplined execution. You'll be the heartbeat of the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support full-cycle recruitment: coordinate job postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience: assist new hires with documentation, system access, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
HR Systems & Records Management
Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS/ATS systems.
Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and manage HR documentation.
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries--about policies, leave, benefits, and other workplace questions.
Escalate complex issues to HR leadership and provide timely resolutions.
Policy & Compliance Support
Assist with implementation of HR policies and ensure alignment with labor regulations and internal guidelines.
Help administer performance review cycles, recognition programs, and other HR initiatives.
HR Operations & Analytics
Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Generate and maintain HR reports on metrics such as hiring velocity, turnover, and employee data trends.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with a keen interest in learning HR systems.
Demonstrates initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information with integrity.
