Role Overview
We are hiring a motivated
Human Resources Associate
to join our HR team in Agra. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about HR and people management. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Help coordinate performance review processes and training programs.
Address basic employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Collaborate with the HR team on day-to-day operations and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing).
0-1 year of HR experience (internship experience also considered).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Familiarity with HRMS tools/software.
Exposure to startups or fast-growing companies.
