Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth and efficient business operations aligned with the organization's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and shortlisting candidates. Conduct initial rounds of interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection. Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.

2. Employee Relations



Address employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in resolving employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary. Support employee engagement initiatives and events.

3. HR Operations



Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRIS systems. Coordinate attendance, leave records, and generate monthly reports. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences, bonus, and leaves.

4. Performance Management



Assist in implementation of performance appraisal systems. Coordinate performance review schedules and follow-ups with managers and staff.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs in coordination with department heads. Organize internal and external training programs. Maintain training records and feedback.

6. Compliance & Policy



Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies. Assist in policy creation, review, and communication. Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles. Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹9,136.92 - ₹25,198.88 per month
