Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Statutory Compliance:

Manage Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) processes. Ensure timely filing and adherence to government regulations. Liaise with relevant authorities for compliance and inspections.

Employee Onboarding:

Coordinate and execute joining formalities for new hires. Collect and verify documentation, create employee records, and manage induction processes.

Exit & FNF Processing:

Handle end-to-end Full and Final (FNF) settlements. Coordinate with finance and relevant departments to ensure timely closure.

Background Verification:

Conduct pre-employment background checks via third-party vendors or internal processes. Maintain reports and escalate discrepancies when necessary.

HR Documentation & Records:

Maintain and update employee files and HR systems regularly. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in core HR operations or compliance. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing, service, or BFSI sectors. Exposure to payroll or HR audit processes.
