We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
with 1 to 3 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and hands-on experience in HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll coordination and attendance management
Assist in HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Coordinate training and staff welfare activities
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
