Profile: Senior Executive-HR

Location: Sector 4, Noida

Salary: 3.5 to 4.5 lacs per annum

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Qualification: MBA

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a company located in Noida. The role will involve day-to-day tasks associated with HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and overall Human Resources (HR) responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Designing and posting job ads to attract qualified candidates as per the

departments requirement.

2. HR activities & HR Planning (Interview, Induction, offer letter, Appointment

letter, Exit Interview)

3. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work

environment

4. Develop compensation and benefits plans

5. Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal

employment

6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program

7. Time office management.

8. Personnel's record keeping.

9. Leave record Administration. (Leave posting, encashment, maintain register)

10. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high

performance

11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

12. Organizing & Conducting Training Programs.

13. Transports, Contractor Manpower,

14. Working knowledge of ESI, EPF

20. Involved and participating employee engagement activities (Sports Events, Tour, Fire Mock Drill Training programs
