Job Description

A Human Resources (HR) Associate assists in various HR functions, including record-keeping, communication, and supporting the HR team. They may handle administrative tasks, answer HR questions, and contribute to processes like onboarding and benefit administration. In some cases, HR Associates may also assist with recruitment and selection. Key Responsibilities of a Human Resources Associate:

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records in systems like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Communication: Answering employee and manager inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and providing orientation materials.

Benefits Administration: Helping employees understand and enroll in benefit programs.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Recruitment Support: Assisting with recruitment efforts, such as screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

Data Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing reports and data for HR managers.

Administrative Support: Handling clerical tasks and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
