Screening resumes, shortlisting profiles.
Conducting interviews (telephonic, online, and in-person).
Coordinating with hiring managers for interview schedules.
Issuing offer letters and appointment letters
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensuring adherence to company HR policies.
Handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
Maintaining HR documentation such as employee files and statutory records.
Required Skills:
Strong communication (verbal & written).
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Time management and documentation skills.
Recruitment and interviewing expertise.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools (optional).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
