? Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, coordinating end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners.
? Collect and verify and maintain employee records.
? Monitor and maintain daily attendance of employees with timely system updates.
? Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal programs to enhance workplace culture.
? Coordinate committee meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and action plans are completed on time.
? Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
? Maintain housekeeping material inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
? Handle air, bus, and train ticket bookings for employees.
? Manage cab and hotel bookings for employees, visitors, and guests.
? Oversee visitor management, including receiving visitors and arranging transportation, food, and other required facilities.
? Support the functioning of the OHC (Occupational Health Centre) and coordinate with medical staff as required.
? Manage canteen and pantry operations, ensuring quality service and timely supplies.
? Monitor and manage stationery inventory across departments.
? Oversee creche operations, ensuring facilities are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with factories act and employee needs.
